Sept. 30, 2009We would like to reiterate our conversation yesterday about how pleased we are with both yourself and Carolynne. We had discussed our goal with you over the last two years and you called in July 2009 advising you felt the market was right for what we wished to accomplish. We didn't consider this an ordinary listing as we wanted to receive full consideration for our beautiful lot, despite the fact that the house only comprised 1150 sq feet and was 51 years old. YOU DIDN'T DISAPPOINT. CONGRATULATIONS ON A JOB WELL DONE!!!!! I might add that I have told all our friends about how amazing you both were. May 25, 2009It was a short but sweet experience we had with Joan Horlings as our realtor! She was professional, thorough, and clear with expectations/ information. The best part of our experience was how she recognized our need for involving God in our decision and encouraging this with us. We had an offer on our house 2 days after it listed and it was sold one week from that date once conditions were clear. A lot of stress was relieved and we thank our God for using Joan in the expertise He's given her! Joan advocated for us and stood firm when we asked her to and educated us when we needed it.
